Head Search

Head of School Search

Sonoma Academy has been and remains an educational institution built on the foundation of mutual respect, trust, cooperation and engagement with our community. These values will guide the Board of Trustees as we embark on what is one of the most important aspects of our role in supporting Sonoma Academy, the search and identification of a new Head of School.

The Board of Trustees has retained Resource Group 175 (RG175), a national education search firm that specializes in Head of School searches, to assist us in this critical search work.

RG 175 is confident that this work can be successfully completed within a timeline targeted to establish a new Head of School for the by the start of the 2025-2026 school year.

We are excited and committed to begin this process in close coordination and communication with you, our Sonoma Academy community.
