Before joining us, Alyssa was Director of Debate and a Social Studies Teacher at Glenbrook South High School, where she also taught courses in international relations, government, and a seminar on Chicago History.
As a debate coach, she has run the largest debate tournament in the country and consistently coaches teams to the state and national championship tournaments. She holds an MA in Teaching and an MS in Communication Studies and enjoys spending time outdoors and reading.
