Mike has a long career as an educator spanning 40 years and multiple roles. He got his start as a teacher and department chair, and has served as a coach, advisor, counselor, boarding school houseparent, and division head prior to becoming a Head of School for nearly two decades, first at Carolina Friends School and then at San Francisco Friends School. Mike specializes in assisting leadership teams through transitional periods.
